Needed, received a new sewer mainline. Great experience all around. Dealt with several team members throughout process. Kenny managed the process and was highly available, great follow-up and follow-through. We shopped a couple competitors who were fine but not impressive. They did give lower quotes, but Kenny was able to meet us more than halfway and it was evident we were paying a bit more for the most professional, high-quality provider. Very glad we did; they will continue to be our first call for plumbing needs as both property owners and landlords.
Such a well run and reliable business! They are always communicative, prompt, helpful, honest, and well priced. I’ve called them for a couple different plumbing needs (mysterious leak under the kitchen sink, and clogged toilet), and have been super happy with their service every time. For the toilet clog, their price was $80 less than what others quoted me, which I really appreciated. Their availability is great too and they can always come out within 1-2 days. Shout out to Brian for helping us figure out the kitchen leak! It was not an easy one.
Used Team Rooter to install toilets, replace old cast iron drains and sewer line. The work wasn't cheap but worth it for quality and professionalism. Team Rooter had great customer service. They were very responsive and quickly came out to service our work. The repairs were done in a few days and they left our house looking better than when they found it. James is an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a quick worker. This company is not a 24 hour service. They are misrepresenting that they are on their Google business page, which wastes people’s time. I would know. I called this company for help with an emergency and the woman told me they would not be able to send someone to help me until regular business hours. Ok, so don’t waste other people’s time, especially when they are having an emergency situation, with false advertising. So lame.
