I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. They charged me $2020 above and beyond what the Home Warranty paid them (10,000+) to replace my furnace. They (GIO) was rude and raised his voice at me several times. I did not have the option of going with anyone else since it was a home warranty job. I waited weeks for them to be available and then had to have them out again to redo part of the installation because it was not working properly. The utility bill was $600+ over what it should have been because of their mistake. They were not nice about taking responsibility and fixing it. This past summer, there was an issue with the thermostat that they installed. Again, tried anything they could to get out of taking responsibility for the issue. We only used AC at that time (mid-July), so did not realize right away that heat was not working. Last week, we tried to turn on heat and it did not work. GIO wanted to charge me to go make sure it was not the thermostat. It turns out it was the installation of the thermostat that was the problem. It cost me another $165 to pay someone else to fix what he should have warranted. It's only been 4 months since that $250 thermostat repair. He also threatened to take it back out if I did not send funds electronically immediately. I know there are not a lot of choices out there when you need a reliable contractor, but I would not let this guy touch my home again if it was free. HORRIBLE from start to finish.

My insurance gave them my brother's number instead of mine. So they called him a few times while he was at work and he didn't pick up. They didn't leave a single voicemail. That's no different than spam callers. How would he know? When I called to see what was going on, I nicely asked to schedule an appointment. They guy who answered had a hint of annoyance but we were able to move past that. He just said, we have 25 guys, it's complicated, text the 9992 number and we'll get back to you. I did, no response back. A few days later, I went on to their website and tried to book an appointment... No response. On Sunday, I went online and tried to book another appointment on Friday. No response. Don't work with these guys. Communication is such a valuable and crucial aspect to a business. If they can't do it right, they don't deserve business. I don't need this stress. 0 stars, because I couldn't even schedule an appointment, let alone talk to a someone with decent customer service skills.

Problems with my AC during a heatwave while 7 months pregnant? Definitely not ideal! My AC unit is on my roof and I had two other companies prior to WeDo HVAC come out just to look at the roof and say "we can't access the roof." I started to feel defeated as the days went on. Thankfully I found WeDo HVAC and they were able to come out the next day! They were so proactive on finding out what was wrong with my AC and had no problems accessing my roof to look at the AC unit. They were professional, efficient, and reliable! Once they diagnosed the problem they were able to come out two days later to fix everything. I was really appreciative how quick they got everything fixed because I know summer is busy season!

Perfect service from WeDo HVAC!
I reached out to them for a quote to get my AC installed and to clean out my HVAC vents. They got back to me on the same day with a clear and simple quote. No fuss, no hidden stuff, just straight-up and fair.
The best part? They were at my place ready to get to work just three days later. Their tech guy was super polite, knew his stuff, and was really professional.
He took care of my AC installation and cleaned up the HVAC dust and vents in no time. You could tell he really cared about doing a good job and making sure everything was perfect. And now my AC is running super smooth and the air in my house feels really clean.
